Procedure

Only those who meet the requirements receive a formal invitation to attend the first interview. Typically, the hiring process lasts 2-3 weeks, from the date of CV submission. Individuals are treated equally regardless of race, gender and religious beliefs.

• Typically, of 100 CVs submitted fulfilling the requirements, only the best 15 are considered further for interview.
• During the hiring process approximately 1-2 are selected for a job offer
