e-Services & IT infrastructure for the Prefecture of Grevena, Nortwestern Greece

HYPERTECH SA, the technology & IT arm of TREK Consulting, undertakes the development of a full spectrum e-services and related IT nfrastructure for the benefit of the Prefecture of Grevena and its citizens, a remote area in NorthWestern part of Macedonia, Greece. Duration of the project is 5 months budgeted at 213Keuros.
According to contract, HYPERTECH provides software development and IT infrastucture for the creation of the "e-citizens portal" and relative e-services ranging from information and interaction based services, to specific services appointed to every individual citizen, such as castrade info-services, agricultural and business related issues and other e-participation and e-inclusion type of services. Top priority of the project is the provision of quality level e-services directly to the citizens of Grevena area, with tangible outcomes such as the minimization of delay times in various bureaucratic interaction with the Public, dispersion of information of public interest to every single citizen and protection of transparency within the local governance mechanism.
