Re-organization Services to the Contemporary Arts Museum, GR

TREK has been appointed support assistance services to the State Museum of Contemporary Arts, Thessaloniki, for the Confirmation of Administrative Sufficiency of Final Beneficiary concerning the National Strategic Reference Framework (ESPA) 2007 - 2013. Services also include assessment of Quality Management System according to ISO/ ELOT Standard EN ISO 9001:2008.
The State Museum of Contemporary Art, based on the requirements of administrative sufficiency, recognized as arising necessity the optimization, of all the operations that are involved in the of circle of lifecycle management of every co-funded project.
Therefore, the present project includes the routing and the achievement of energies and targets, such as the administrative sufficiency confirmation of the State Museum of Contemporary Art as Final Beneficiary concerning the National Strategic Reference Framework (ESPA) 2007 - 2013, the support of the application and the smooth transition of involved executives of the State Museum of Contemporary Art in the new standardized process model that will be developed and the State Museum human resources training in Optimized project management issues concerning the National Strategic Reference Framework (ESPA) 2007 - 2013.

Aligned to its existing organization and functionality modernization process, the State Museum of Contemporary Art recognized also the necessity of an efficient and appropriate Quality Management System according to ISO 9001 series (current: 4th edition 9001:2008).
So to speak, the current project contains:
#Scheduling of the installation of a complete Quality Management System according to the ELOT Standard EN ISO 9001:2008
#Installation process of a the above system
#Preparation and support of the certification procedure
#Smooth transition of the State Museum of Contemporary Art executives to the new standarized process model
#Training of the State Museum of Contemporary Art human resources on the new system.
 Project duration is 4 months.
