Information Technology Security assessment & Policy for the National SME Organization

National SME & Handcraft Organization (EOMMEX) appoints TREK the study and application of IT Security assessment for all the Systems and software infrastructure within the Organization.
Specifically, study is to examine and assess the It infrastructure along with best practice adoption on security issues, focused mainly on data integrity and communication safety and availability.

The project comprises the three following phases:
Assets & Risk Assessment
Security Plan
Operation Assessment of the Security Plan

The assets that will be focused on include:
physical assets,
software (operational & other) and application packages,
data,
end-user services and
location assets

TREK will substantiate on CRAMM methodology to assess and manage the risks of the IT Systems and on PRINCE2 methodology to administer and assure the quality of the project.
